Mosher bagan work on Hough Hall, a 15-room building including classrooms, office, and hall.The upper story includes a "suite of rooms for assistant principal (unnamed) and rooms for students. This nearly doubles the present capacity of the school. Includes cost and room sizes. "Will be ready for occupancy about September 1st."
